We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to join our Marketing team in Novi Sad. If you enjoy leading people, developing marketing strategies, and turning ideas into impactful campaigns, this role is for you. You will coordinate a small marketing team, work closely with our Creative Director and other departments, and take an active role in planning and executing campaigns, creating content, organizing events and webinars, supporting employer branding initiatives, and strengthening our global brand presence. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working in an international B2B IT environment.
