Field Technician

We are looking for a Field Technician to join our team in Belgrade. If you enjoy working with technology, solving hardware and technical issues, and don’t mind spending most of your working day in the field, this role is for you. You will work directly with clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, installing and configuring computers, POS equipment, peripherals, and network devices, as well as handling equipment deliveries and servicing. After completing the training, you will have a company vehicle for field work. We are looking for someone with basic knowledge of network equipment, a B-category driving licence, conversational English, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest IT technologies. Previous experience in IT equipment maintenance and ticketing systems is considered a plus.

Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in Novi Sad. If you enjoy exploring complex systems, finding potential issues before they reach production, and building reliable automated testing solutions, this role is for you. You will work on cloud-based fiscalization software used by global retailers, focusing on API integrations, backend services, automated testing, and complete transaction scenarios. You will also contribute to CI/CD pipelines, performance and load testing, investigate complex issues, improve QA practices, and mentor less experienced colleagues. We are looking for someone with strong C#/.NET and test automation experience, hands-on knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools, experience with REST APIs and Azure, a structured and analytical mindset, strong English communication skills, and a proactive approach to product quality and continuous improvement.

Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Novi Sad. If you enjoy building reliable cloud-based solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and thinking beyond individual features to understand how entire systems work together, this role is for you. You will develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and cloud solutions supporting fiscalization for global retailers, while contributing to architecture, CI/CD, software delivery, and system reliability. You will also work with React, mentor less experienced colleagues, and take part in resolving complex technical and production issues. We are looking for someone with strong C#/.NET Core experience, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, Git and CI/CD, an understanding of cloud and integration architecture, strong problem-solving skills, good English communication, and a proactive approach to building scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software.
